Panik (.975) + MacArthur (4.65) for Better Winger

Post by Fraser »

Looking to swing a 2 for 1 for an upgrade.

Panik playing on Chicago 1st line with Toews and Hossa should put up some good scoring.

MacArthur an all around scoring/periph beast but has had injury troubles. Looking for more of a sure thing right away for this season.

Take both of them for an upgrade.

MacArthur is done with hockey, I'd be a bit honest and replace him with something substantial

then you can have Yakupov as upgrade
PM if ur willing to do that

Premature. Yea its been a recurring problem but they guy is only 31 and has already started light training since the latest incident. Hes a guy who will sit on the IR for the first stretch of the season for sure, but to say he's done is unwarranted.

I am merely saying how can one expect an actual significant upgrade using a piece like that
But I am not Vancouver so good luck is all I will say

Yea i can get why people would shy away. Theres a reason I would like to move him now. But theres also a reason why I acquired him this summer despite his health issues. It obviously factors into the return I'm expecting, but he was a really really strong BBKL piece the last few seasons he had.

Panik is the more appealing for piece right now. And Macarthur is the boom or bust gamble. I want to move a decent contract in this 2-1 but it doesnt have to be Mac necessarily.

At this point adding MacArthur lowers Panik's value

Yep
Trying to get younger now. Zetter is 36 but likely good for 3 yrs
I have five wingers so this deal helps me take a flier on panik and macA

2nds are 2017 nyi and 2018 lak. Not pimp picks but it does add to the value
