Well the Pens don't believe in playing defense at all and are a bunch of douchebags, so he should fit right in . Fortunately for him he shouldn't have to worry about his two way game. The BBKL Insider wroteCOLONI love the spong situation. He's already said he plans to work on his 2 way game. Im much happier about sprong going late to the pens than debrusk going early to the Bs. It's all about situation.Handsome&FairMike wroteCOLONAnyone know what the latest point a player was drafted at who cracked a roster that next year? Surprised Sprong dropped that much too - will have a chip on his shoulder.

Re: 2015 Draft Discussion
well if you're talking about development then I don't see reasons to be happy he landed in PittsburghThe BBKL Insider wroteCOLONI worry about the team and development. Some teams can't develop like otherskyuss wroteCOLONwell we are still at a stage where these guys need to prove they are good enough to be NHLers to begin with, so worrying about their situation with the team that drafted them is a bit premature unless we are talking of the very top guys in the draft (and I know I'm at fault for the same, see an earlier comment of mine about Simon being drafted by the Pens, lol)
Re: 2015 Draft Discussion
Personally I think that's BS.CasperX22 wroteCOLONUm what? Why wouldn't you care about what situation your prospects land in? Besides, these kids are yrs away so the NHL team's current situation is not the one they will find when they are ready to compete in the NHL..
again, unless we are talking of the very top end of the draft, or of overagers like Simon who already played at the WCH
Re: 2015 Draft Discussion
for those who still have to add their new players from the Entry Draft..
in case your player was not drafted and is not on Fantrax yet, use this form to request for him to be added:

(remember to add links to hockeydb profiles)

You need to send the hockeydb link. Fantrax no longer accepts eliteprospect links.
Yes, they have added my players.

Re: 2015 Draft Discussion
uhm, that's weird considering in their instruction page to request players addition they still recommend eliteprospects links along with hockeydb ones:Matthew wroteCOLONYou need to send the hockeydb link. Fantrax no longer accepts eliteprospect links.
"Requests that do not include a link to such a source may not be fulfilled. For NHL, popular and reliable sources include hockeydb.com and eliteprospects.com."
This sucks considering hockeydb only has players who already appeared in senior leagues. Anyway, will try again sending them HDB links, thx
Re: 2015 Draft Discussion
Yep, i sent all eliteprospect links. I received emails on all the players saying they no longer accept eliteprospects, and to re-send using hockeydb.
However, the one player of mine that doesnt appear on hockeydb, they added.
