You know what would be a really interesting way to do the playoff format for both the NHL and even more so BBKL?

If the #1 Team in each conference got to choose their own playoff opponent, and then #2, and #3 and so on. I think it would make the regular season even more important as teams would want to choose who they match up against. And as a fan it would be interesting to see who teams choose.

I'm actually in favor of this. NHL will never do it, but it'd be a fun thing to try out in fantasy. And if we decide it doesn't work we can change it after one season.

More like how does Panarin have a wide open net to shoot at and nearly crack his own teammates egg in the middle of the net. And of all the goofy goalie interference calls that I have seen this year I'm not exactly sure how laying in the net doesn't constitute interference whether there is contact or not.
