Impressive showing from the Sabres...it's hard to imagine Matt losing his lead. Never say never but Hong is running out of runway.
Looking at Hong's bench...only impactful choice was maybe going with Hayden over Sissons. Hong could have the faceoff lead but the goaltending looks to be difference maker. Gibson is probably the MVP of this matchup.

i dun think i have any more chance... nyr rested stepan that prevented me any chance getting close to FOW... stone's day to day so he isn't playing his last game... i don't think i can out score you 8 assist tomorrow haha.. but i think you mostly won with his better goaltanding (ironically..........)

It's too bad it wasn't a little more dramatic, but I can't complain. This league is getting so competitive, so pretty happy since it takes some luck to win 4 playoff matchups. I caught a break not having to face Thom and Mike, but I would have beat Mike in round 2 anyways if he beat Chris round 1.
