Led the Leafs in corsi REL, he is not poor defensively.

With Matthews and Kadri on the roster I don't see him switching any time soon and Babcock confirmed he will be on the W next year. He started taking the strong side draws instead of Matthews though.

Yup. Kadri had a great year so it's not necessarily a given that Nylander moves to C but they'll ease him into it if it happens.

He stays at wing for now while taking his strong side faceoffs occasionally with matthews. But eventually he shouldn't go center, or at least part time like the red wings of old.
