Kyuss you do know there is a roster limit right? You can only have 55 players on your team, contracted and uncontracted.

"b) you have an un-active player that you'd like to make active, however he is over 21 & has played more then 150 games. So he must clear re-entry waivers. There is a 12 hour window wherein another team can claim him, and they inherit him in the minors, however in this case, the GM does not have active-man worries, he simply must be under the contract limit (55)."
