I think it should be fine to post only deals involving Tim since the freeze was to stop other GMs from trading their exposed players when Tim is trying to finalize his list. Might have to wait until morning for confirmation, it was discussed in CC and I think that was the consensus but wasn't made official.

non-expansion deals can be handshake agreements and posted once Tim has posted his final team.
