Out of curiosity, how does this league compare with the others you guys are in?

ADHL very similar, stats tweaked slightly and going into year 3. Less posts per day but there is a chat box on home page too. Less active then BBKL as a whole, but some days it's more active all depends on what's going on in each league ex. big trade, controversy, argument, etc. Free agency is the biggest difference, but I feel that it was implemented in a way that allows teams to keep most players and the free agency pool is hard to get excited about. It would be like our waiver draft with some 7D and 4th line Ws thrown in and a few players that everyone wants and then there are draws for the players based on how may UFA tags you used on a player.

IFFHL only 24 teams and not premium so different stats, going into year 5. League started with a fantasy draft rather than taking over NHL teams so that was really interesting. Frank is in it so that's always interesting, less active for posts but still some good GMs. More of a set your lineup and follow along with your team sort of league as it doesn't have the trade volume. Big difference there I would say is waiver free playoffs and you can start the year with whoever in the minors so you get more teams with NHLers in their minors but with only 24 teams it's not a big deal.

Which league has higher quality gms? Aka league difficulty.

Each league has some GMs that seem to do better than others. ADHL now is easily better than BBKL when I first joined, I would say BBKL right now has fewer "weak" GMs then ADHL does. Matter of opinion, but I think I see more trades that are questionable to me in ADHL. For example right now Bjugstad is going for Quine + Kuraly and Bjugstad had a rough season, but I don't like that deal and the guy trading Bjugstad has made quite a few questionable deals. I started with the Blues and missed the playoffs year two so either it's not that easy or I'm not that good of a GM.

IFFHL is hard to compare since there has been a lot of turnover and it's a 24 team league. Parity isn't as strong there as some teams are head and shoulders above others.

Another example of a weaker GM. He took over the team and decided he wanted Kelowna Rockets alum so just made a bunch of bad trades to acquire them and now missed GP two years in a row and has shit for future for the most part. He did make the playoffs year 1 despite missing GP though haha.
