Even if you prefer Martinez to Schultz, Rakell for Bishop is quite the boon. Bishop is severely overrated.

We have different views on players. I value Martinez REALLY highly (thanks Tony!) AND I really like Bishop + HitchCock combo. I won't put down Kimmer's players as it is clear others REALLY like them; I just have a different value set.
