I'm talking about he term. 3.3 is an absolute steal for CDH, but it means he's a UFA next season. Why not just give him 5 years and 4.5 or whatever

I hate Snow, but let's be fair here. That was Snow's arbitration offer. Very different.

I've read that players get more hurt with arbitration offers then during negotiations.

No worries, that deal was about Niskanen. Didn't really want Backes and Plekanec that much, but probably wouldn't have included a 1st if I knew Fisher was going to be a rental.
