actually it turned out he got involved with another similar league at some point.. so it was not only/always a matter of time.

When committed he looked like one of the very best bbkl members, so the way his tenure/s ended was one of the most disappointing events happening in this league as far as I'm concerned

I don't think Neel quit and came back, I think it was Nicks friend (Bry or something) who quit and came back a lot.
