I would assume, whether he's currently on Matt's roster or not, that he would still belong to him after unretiring.

He didn't post it in the drop thread but Matt did drop Fisher in Fantrax on September 21. Fantrax only removes players from their database if they're retired and they're not on a roster. He's not on his "Preseason" sheet either.

Mike Fisher would be waiver draft eligible next fall (assuming he's still playing in '18-19).
