Only picking guys that were drafted in previous drafts will do that.

In ADHL if you miss your pick of you're up again you're skipped so we don't sit waiting another full clock for someone that hasn't been there... would recommend that here so we don't sit another 8 hours

We haven't made that a rule but we should consider it. Let's say someone has back-to-back picks and misses their time...would we typically skip their second pick also or do they get a double-window of time?
