That makes sense in all honesty...if he's not come back to make his previous pick that he missed, he should be skipped again until he shows up. If he's in a different part of the world or he's busy and can't get in front of a computer...I get that. No need to hold up the draft though. It's all a roll of the dice with these picks anyway.

We haven't made that a rule but we should consider it. Let's say someone has back-to-back picks and misses their time...would we typically skip their second pick also or do they get a double-window of time?

iirc in that case second pick does skip for us

I know we have used that rule before, when a pick was missed, and we've also auto picked for someone we know couldn't get to their pick

I messaged him on fb at 1am Pacific time last night to let him know it was his pick. He's been on fb since then. I've now let him know he is otc for this pick.

I don't think we can skip him unless we have a precedent or rule somewhere someone can find. We cannot just make up a rule on the spot.
