Petersen was a highly touted prospect out of Notre Dame. Was a Sabres draftee that didn't sign and opted to sign with the Kings out of college. He was off to a rough start in the AHL so naturally he gets a shutout shortly after he gets called up.

Every week is big for me at this point. I need to run through Paul and Mark and hang with Chris and Kyle. I need to get out of the bottom third of the league...can't make the playoffs from down here.
