As much as how Canadian I am, I want someone to break the goals record.. Ovy is just the best goal scorer of all time in this era.. I hope he will stay long enough to flirt with breaking the record!

He will need five, 50 goal seasons after this season. It's doable, but going to be tough. Unless he stays motivated to break the record I cant see it happening. He will be almost 40.

He needs to hit less, if he learns to play a purely offensive game I can see him playing until he's 41 or 42...which will take him to the record.

His new kid is a motivation - he wants his kid to be able to remember him as good. So he's gonna have to keep being OV for a while - and it's going to be fantastic!
