With 3 of those teams at 13, 15, and 16 respectively. The central is top heavy for sure, but with 3 of the top 6 teams in the standings. And there is a larger gap from 9-12 than there is from 12-21. The Atlantic has come back to the pack a bit, but with still 3 of the top 8 teams in the league.
