But yes, cap move. The 3mil in cap space lets me move any of my waiver exempt players freely (up and down). Which allows me to play the best possible roster i can.

His cap hit isn't terrible, and he is a superior player meaning should fetch a bit more when I decide to move him for prospects, picks etc
