Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
Better get your hockey fix in now because I think they'll shut it down tomorrow. I'm not put off that they didn't immediately follow the NBA's decision. They'll talk about it and let the games tonight finish and address in the morning.

Breaking news: Vegas odds have "nobody" most likely to be crowned BBKL 2020 champ.
Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
Will have to update the CBA to include a pro-rated games played due to outbreaks. Call it the Corona Clause.

Have a friend who works in a building with people who associated closely with the lone case in Ottawa. They are all quarantined now just to be safe. That six degrees of separation thing is kind of scary when you use it to see if you`ve been in contact with affected (infected?) people or not.

Just got back from vacation and am working from home to be safe. Don't need to be taking any chances on my commute / at work infecting everyone.Da_Hawks wroteCOLONHave a friend who works in a building with people who associated closely with the lone case in Ottawa. Good man. Highly recommend against travel for March break. If you do, isolate for 2 weeks on return please. Society thanks you.

One of the women at my work is absolutely insistent that she is going on a cruise leaving Florida in a week, i told her she is out of her mind, what if they won't let her back into Canada in a weeks time if this thing continues to spread like wildfire. I don't understand it myself seems not worth the chance.

There are worse places to be quarantined than an all inclusive cruise liner. Hope she got herself a comfy room.
Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
Already so off no hockey being on
Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
I have nothing much to look at now other than Corona virus news, sigh

The NFL offseason is the last major sports thing standing. Over a month before their draft. I really hope we get something back within a month.
Next week as the numbers rise...hopefully everyone will understand why we had to do this now. Makes you appreciate all that we have when have to give back a lot of our privileges.

Would be cool if they still could do signings since the college season is toast. This weekend was going to be end of the conference tournaments. I was flirting with finding tickets to the Frozen Four at LCA. Hopefully they get another chance to host.

K’Andre just signed so I assume so. But I think there’s a meeting today with GMs to discuss protocol during the pause so maybe they change that.Shoalzie wroteCOLONWould be cool if they still could do signings since the college season is toast. Supposedly he signed before the shutdown...the news came out after. Wisconsin's season ended past week so Turcotte had signed with the Kings and it was unknown if Caufield would do the same.

Yakupov is a healthy scratch in the KHL playoffs. He's a worse bust than Alexander daigle.

The NHL rosters will be frozen at 5 p.m.
I didn't know anything about a limit on AHL call-ups post-trade deadline. Anyone familiar with that rule?
