I'll call this complete. The pick was exchanged on Fantrax. Steklov needs to be added to Fantrax's database but I have him on the Montreal roster on Google.

Educated guess...Chuck didn't have a 2021 7th so he and Shep had a gentleman's agreement for him to pick Steklov and trade him for the 2022 7th after the draft ended.
