If I had to guess I'm thinking Chuck??? He hasn't posted a lot of long posts like this though. Whoever wrote it deserves some props, I make long posts on ranking GMs/teams sometimes and it's a lot of effort. I enjoy getting feedback when I make posts like that so more respect for doing it without getting any recognition.
