U.S. Election
U.S. Election
Just wondering what the spread is in our league for trump/biden supporters. I don't believe people can see who has voted for who here (in the poll), so shouldn't be any worries about backlash, because no one will know..
Why do you support either the Democratss or the Republicans, and have you flipped sides due to current climate from one party to the other recently?
whether u support sleepy Joe or dirty don, please, try to keep the discussion civil.

Re: U.S. Election
As a Canadian I cannot support either, but for shits and giggles, there is only one option.

Between COVID and the election, I keep the news off as much as possible. I'm voting (in-person) on Tuesday but it's none of your business who I vote for. The election will happen and life will move on unless you're way too invested in the drama surrounding it.

Definitely gonna be entertaining, whether Trump gets 4 more years or loses and cries fraud.

Won’t happen during my lifetime, unfortunately.

Re: U.S. Election
I'm not against politics or talking politics but when we have so many hard left and right leaning people in the country, the people in the middle who want simple compromise won't ever be heard or represented. I don't have to vote for either major party candidate but I know my side...or the happy middle...won't win. Let the House and Senate ca be partisan but I'd like see a president play it down the middle and do what's right for all people.
Wishful thinking, I know. Being pragmatic doesn't fly in today's world. So much of what is done politically doesn't effect me or my family so I'm no overly invested in this election. The handling of the pandemic is what affected the most lives around the country and should be the biggest issue.

i think most countries are likely in similar situation.. u r either for or against, true or false, right or wrong.. it is the same in HK but under the Mainland's ruling.. we do not enjoy any freedom.. those against the government may get arrested for "national security" reasons..Shoalzie wroteCOLONI'm not against politics or talking politics but when we have so many hard left and right leaning people in the country, the people in the middle who want simple compromise won't ever be heard or represented. Re: U.S. Election
what amazes me is that out of 330 million people, these are the two choices to lead the country.
