Re: LAK - PIT
Agree. Thanks steve
Re: LAK - PIT
Surprised somebody actually bought Dzingel
Re: LAK - PIT
Shit player for player with attitude that's probably not going to see a full slate of games in Ottawa. Would still rather have Watson.

Watson is rumored to be 2nd line in Ottawa. I suspect he puts up similar stats as Tom Wilson.Da_Hawks wroteCOLONShit player for player with attitude that's probably not going to see a full slate of games in Ottawa. Would still rather have Watson.

That is the most ridiculous thing I have heard in quite some time. You are certainly a good used car salesman, I'll give you that. The BBKL Insider wroteCOLONWatson is rumored to be 2nd line in Ottawa. Re: LAK - PIT
Ottawa's lineup is going to be fascinating...so many additions from last year. No clue where all these new guys slot in plus what do they do with Stuetzel? If they stood pat from last year, I think they're easily the 7th team in that North Division but right now, they could be a surprise and compete for the 4th playoff spot. I think the Canadian teams top-to-bottom will be very competitive.
Re: LAK - PIT
Certainly like him a lot more than DzingelBruyns wroteCOLONI like Watson
Re: LAK - PIT
Watson is no Wilson though, that's just crazy talk.
Re: LAK - PIT
problem is dzingel will be buried in CAR soon
so much talent there
watson is a bottom six anchor, but he does what he does best in H2H

Re: LAK - PIT
He can be a useful player...hits and SHTOI. Who would he play ahead in a projected top 6 for Ottawa? On the wing they've got Tkachuk, Dadonov, Connor Brown and likely Stuetzel.
I think the Sens can build a solid 4th line similar to what the Lightning did last year...they added Pacquette from Tampa and I think Watson would be a nice fit on the wing. Maybe Watson can slot in on the 3rd line to do some dirty work but I don't see him as a fit on the 1st or 2nd line.

Re: LAK - PIT
I wish I could do some sort of put option on Watson based on the comments here.

Re: LAK - PIT
Yep. Could be a total miss. Was excited about Watson going to Ottawa initially but still have doubts re: playing time in Ottawa if he doesn’t perform... lots of bodies vying for spots in that lineup. Same could be said about Dzingel, but like his longer term prospects. We shall see.
