GDT - Week 13
GDT - Week 13
Buffalo jumps to first place over Dallas, and while this may seem the same as every year recently, it will be more difficult for GM Bruyns to hold off the onslaught of teams barreling up the standings. Nashville has been rising steadily to 6th since beginning the first few weeks in the 20s, while Philadelphia in 3rd has added both Parayko and Pionk on defense in recent weeks, and of course Dallas despite being jumped by Buffalo, is only 2 points back.
Interestly, LA has moved up league standings into 15th place, but because of the strength of the Western Conference, still finds himself outside of the playoffs, trying to chase down Colorado who is in 12th place. There is a real chance GM Steve could finish the season better than 4 eastern conference teams, and still miss the playoffs. However if Eichel returns, LA looks to have a team to make a strong push for the playoffs.
Both Pittsburgh and Toronto had good weeks and were able to jump 3 spots each in the standings, while Colorado and Florida each fell 3 spots, and Minnesota fell an abysmal positions in a single week (Honger better do something to fix those fortunes).

Re: GDT - Week 13
GP been rough this year! Really rough!!
Tyler Johnson has missed 30 or so games with injury.
Markus Nutivaara has missed all but one game with some lower body injury.
Shane Pinto missed all but 5 games with his shoulder.
Matthew Boldy broke his ankle start of the year and he woulda made the Wild.
That’s almost 100 gp right there without including Boldy. If you include Boldy who I think would have made their team out of camp, you’re looking at around 130 gp . Idk if GP is going to be attainable lol

Re: GDT - Week 13
GP is going to be interesting the rest of the year. When or if all of the games get rescheduled, when will they happen? Are we going to see time tacked onto the season? Are they going to try to fit games in February where the Olympic break was? Teams are basically going to miss chances for GP because of players in protocol or the games were scheduled to happen but get moved later in the season.
Re: GDT - Week 13
I am sure the CC will make an informed decision on GP if it was indeed Covid that was the factor that resulted in any team not reaching the threshold.
Re: GDT - Week 13
yea if i dont meet GP cuz of this shit, i'm not getting penalized, that the end of that
