Fantrax Rosters

Post by Handsome&FairMike »

FYI

FT requires you have a max of 20 active players on your roster, but does not differentiate goalies from skaters.

For those of you (like me) who are only dressing 1 goalie due to injuries or otherwise, please make sure you don't have 19 active skaters by accident as I noticed I did. We're looking to see if we can fix this.

Thanks Mike for pointing that. It goes without saying that no one should dress 19 skaters.

I want to piggyback on his comment and say please pay attention to how many skaters you dress. You must dress 18 skaters. We have had situations in the past where teams are only dressing 17 skaters.

You can dress either 1 or 2 goalies.

You can have no more the 3 reserves (scratches).

Every player you intend to have on IR and LTIR should be in your "IR" slots on Fantrax.

When I say the Fantrax lineups are fed into the Google sheets, they are there to make sure the lineups you are using in Fantrax are legal.

The lineups you enter on your sheets aren't your official lineups. These sheets are a tool to calculate your salary cap, to determine who needs to clear waivers if placed in the minors and to track salary cap relief.
