Here is an idea:
GMs request a player banner. Whoever wants to make a design does so and then the league votes on the best banner (I just wanna see if I can take on shep haha). We can even have something on the line if people want i.e. gms put up a pick if they feel like it for the winner but it is not necessary. yes?
