its a Top 5 pick guys. I dont care how much people knock the 2011 draft, a solid prospect will be available for sure in the top 5.

its too far away to say more then top 10 dude... h2h is a weird and wonderful thing...
NYI--::--> PHI COL PIT NJD NYR TOR HFD WSH FLA CAR ALT BOS TBL BUF MTL PHX NYR NJD LAK PIT DAL
thats not a very nice schedule for him though... maybe he surprises me early... lack of games or something...LOL.... but COL/PIT/NJD--HFD/WSH/BOS/NJD/LAK/PIT = 9 pretty obvious defeats.... could shock PHI,NYR, TOR, FLA, CAR, ALT, TBL, BUF,MTL, PHX & maybe he ends well vs frank's stars.....
2007 is not known yet! but IMO the CHL portion of that class is looking very solid.... there is nothing like that coming out of 2011 from what i have read.

If you wanted to sell the 2011 class you should have named Adam Larsson, Sean Couturier is FAR from a lock, I watched him in depth this season, he has great playmaking as demonstrated by his linemates (Dumont) 50 goals, but he has some issues with his skating mechanics, and a medicore two way game, he has potential, but he is FAR from a lock, and only further proves mine and Nicks point. Couturier is an even lesser top pick than Patrick Kane was, lol.bills09 wroteCOLONSean Couturier

Re: NYI 1st 2011 for Sale
A Canadian Hockey League scout told The Hockey News, “I’ve been in this racket for 15 years and straight across the board this is the weakest draft. Straight across the board, without question.” Many scouts echo the same sentiments. Worldwide players for the 2011 draft are more underdeveloped or under talented than those of previous drafts. Because the draft is so far off there is a lot of speculation on top prospects but little real information.
Sean Couturier (Left wing, 6’3”, 185 lbs., shoots Left, birth year: 1992 )
Sean Couturier has played the last two seasons with Drummondville Voltigeurs. His point total this season is more than respectable. 95 points in 67 games is not bad at all. At 6’3” he has great size and many scouts say he uses it effectively. At 185 lbs. he is a little light but many scouts say he protects the puck well and is hard to knock down. He has good hands and a nose for the net as his numbers tell us. Unfortunately his skating is terrible. Many say he is projected as a first round pick only on the basis that his skating will improve before the draft. Couturier has talked openly about working on his skating, only time and future scouting reports will reveal whether Couturier worked just hard enough. In my opinion Couturier should also put in some of that work in the weight room or the NHL’s hard hitting style will be difficult for him to adjust to.

Re: NYI 1st 2011 for Sale
this is one of the best arguments made as to why NYI's pick is a lock to be Top 5. NYI is in the toughest division in BBKL. Not to mention, NYI faces other great/top/superior teams in BOS, WSH, HFD, LAK, BUF, COL, FLA, PHX, NYR.facey wroteCOLONSuperMario wroteCOLONits a Top 5 pick guys. Re: NYI 1st 2011 for Sale
larsson is a potential #1 because of his projected play... nothing that he has done yet...
I've seen Ryan Nugent-Hopkins live... and the idea that he's a top end player in a draft is funny... he's under 150lbs...
ditto with Shane McColgan ( 5’10”, 160 lbs., shoots Right, birth year: 1993)
personally i like Brandon Saad.... but i cannot find much footage of him... and his unusually choice to play... but his scouting reports are the most consistent, and coaches love him....

Re: NYI 1st 2011 for Sale
Larsson has dominated in the SEL dude, he has looked far better than fellow first rounders David Rundblad and Tim Erixon, and he has looked great in the WJC and recent WC as well, for a 16 year old he has AWESOME upside, many scouts believe he is better than Hedman at the same stage of development. As for my draft favourite, that distinction goes to Matt Puempel of the Peterbrough Petes, he isn't a future superstar, but he has great puck skills and speed, and works hard for every inch of ice, much like another favourite of mine, Gabriel Landeskog. In a strong draft neither are surefire top 10 picks though, nevermind top 5...facey wroteCOLONlarsson is a potential #1 because of his projected play... nothing that he has done yet...

Also keep an eye out for Sea Dogs defenceman, Nathan Beaulieu. He has hands like David Perron.

agreed, however i feel Rundblad is TERRIBLY overrated anyway.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLON Larsson has dominated in the SEL dude, he has looked far better than fellow first rounders David Rundblad and Tim Erixon, and he has looked great in the WJC and recent WC as well, for a 16 year old he has AWESOME upside, many scouts believe he is better than Hedman at the same stage of development. Larsson's #'s are okay. not spectacular.... I have questions about his offensive upside.... in WJC he was paired with OEL who was showing off
