I think its hilarious. You list all these assets untouchable and they're usually the first ones on the block. I just think you don't grasp the meaning of the word untouchable too well haha.

No irony. I've never listed anything untouchable ever in fantasy sports. I will trade anyone, at any time. I've told everyone that if they've inquired with a "who's available" or "who's untouchable". And that's the truth.

Doughty is in for a huge raise this summer and I landed two guys who will make what Doughty makes (C. Stewart + L. Schenn)


Crosby scares me with that head, i dealt him for my 2nd favourite player (non-leaf of course) for Stamkos.


If I could deal Subban (<1mil cap hit) and get someone back at the same or less cap who does more, i'd do it in a second.....but i've learned that its not wise to eat a ton a cap if there are younger, cheaper players who do the same.....gotta spend money wisely in this league

I like that we have players that are untoucable....makes it more realistic that teams won't deal certain players.

There should be certain franchise players that are untouchable by some means, because we try to replicate real NHL settings? While trading may be an exception purely comparing the number of trades that actually go on here compared to the NHL, we work with salary that isn't real money. See if you can afford Crosby in your team situation but that's also why we are so quick to flip the same player you just got in a trade.

BTW shiv, that's great that you're getting the pick involved in a trade, but really when you always put certain guys on the block and deem them "untouchable", but get a good offer for it, you should just go with it instead of making a thread for it because nobody will most likely want to top the offer you got. All we will be thinking about is how you said he wasn't touchable and always go on rants like this thread.This just makes you look like a bad version of boy who cried wolf that's all

Bobby Ryan is almost as untouchable as Semin. But I'd move him for 2 Crosby + Stamkos.
