I personally think it is a very balanced trade:
Things Bry gets:
1) Kessel + Pavelski - Sharp - Burrows > Toews - Carter
2) Kessel's trade value
Things I get:
1) The best player in the deal.
2) Periphery Stats
3) 2M in cap.
