I don't understand what's not to understand, I like Thomas Hickey and his cap hit is almost identical to Matt Niskanen'.

i don't understand this move shep.
Re: WSH/STL
well, Niskanen sucking is certified by now, at least with hickey there's still hope.

07-08: 26pts in 76 gameskyuss wroteCOLONwell, Niskanen sucking is certified by now, at least with hickey there's still hope.
08-09: 35pts in 80 games
09-10: 15pts in 74 games
10-11: 10 pts in 63 games
There is something there. If he can get 25-30pts and 150 hits I am MORE than happen with this deal. With the extreme lack off offence on PIT backend outside of Letang, there is opportunity there on the 2nd PP unit along with adequate ES time.
Until Hickey is traded, he will not see a game in the NHL.

They still have room for another puck mover, the question is who earns that spot, Voinov or Hickey.

Muzzin is more of a defensive defenceman, I agree that Voinov is the top candidate as of now, though.Mike wroteCOLONVoinov, then Muzzin, then HickeyMSP4LYFE wroteCOLONThey still have room for another puck mover, the question is who earns that spot, Voinov or Hickey.

Didn't read puck mover there. Was thinking just next player to make the team.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONMuzzin is more of a defensive defenceman, I agree that Voinov is the top candidate as of now, though.Mike wroteCOLONVoinov, then Muzzin, then HickeyMSP4LYFE wroteCOLONThey still have room for another puck mover, the question is who earns that spot, Voinov or Hickey.
