You obviously have not looked at the stats. Nor have you accounted for the fact that Kessel's only 23 and he hasn't hit his ceiling yet.

Then you were probably sidetracked by SHTOI. But Kessel is the far rarer asset. There are a bunch of players that do what Pominville does and for cheaper. Kessel hits 325 SOG, 35+ Goals, 25 STPTS. And if he hits 40Goals, it's really no contest.

In a H2H pool, streaky players are less valued.

If this was straight up that's one thing, but adding Coyle and Kreider is why I liked it for Shook.

See I have no issue with that. I agree I overpaid. I was simply referring to Mike's comment that somehow Pominville is "notably better" than Kessel.
