I got a lot of defensive guys coming up in the system. Smith, Cole, etc. I can afford to lose Gunnarsson and hope for a top-ten pick.

Price seems steep, but Gunner has been really good the last 2 games.

I'm hearing a lot lately about how hard trades are to make if you are the approacher...and it is kinda weird in terms of any need for the trade to make the GM tries to rape; guys it'll all come full circle, make good hockey trades and don't use circumstances against someone and hopefully someone will do the same for you when the tables are turned.

Whoa Nick. I hold Gunnarsson as a potentially valuable player. He hits every category and then some. And if I really have to defend myself over this, I should say that I thought about the offer before I acted on it. It never once crossed my mind that the trade was one-sided. I lose a very very very good defenseman.
