Probably like for Chuck more though, dunno where it what grabo's future is, but his skill an work ethic will make him a nice asset for some time.

Whether Shiv says it or not..he's a competing team. I think he's just trying this thing called reverse psychology. Last year he was so adamant and confident that he was going to win the league..and he ended up not even coming close. This year..hes trying to back door everyone except everyone sees through it. IM SO SMART.

Also this way..if his team ends up shitting the bed in the playoffs, he has an excuse ("I wasn't competing"). If he somehow makes it to the finals or winning the league, he'll rub it in all our faces.
