Deal..
Re: CAR/NJD
Could go either way for this argument tho... still just a matter of time before Saad proves himself in the NHL level to prove me wrong. Zac hasnt done much, but I'm going on a limb here and say that he'll fulfill his role with the club soon.
Re: CAR/NJD
I understand liking Dalpe, even if i don't.
but regardless of that, I haven't checked, but it seems like a downward cycle in what you got for Dalpe and then what you moved for him.

Re: CAR/NJD
ya so pretty much which means I'm probably at about even value with me moving him around now ;P

Read and weep bitches
Zac Dalpe practiced on Carolina's first power play unit Tuesday, Chip Alexander reports.
(Updated 01/03/2012).
Fantasy Analysis
Zac Dalpe has developed a nice chemistry with captain Eric Staal since being recalled last week, notching his first points of the season (one goal, one assist).

Joel Armia -- two to three years away.

Brandon Saad - one year away with no guarantees he'll stick.
Viktor Tikhonov - mediocre prospect.

Re: CAR/NJD
You're forgetting Dalpe, but anyway. Yep that pretty much sums it up. People will look at those prospects and say that it is rape, but for now, I have 2 NHLers who kinda sucks, but has had just as much hype if not, more during THEIR respective prospective years as compared to the current prospects who are getting the similar rep. Boychuk is also there, but I thought about this only to realize that I must have the 1-2 Carolina fwd depth chart guys back.kyuss wroteCOLONso what follows seems to be the result of the last 2 CAR-NJ trades.

I still lost overall, but just wanting to settle people down who might think it's absolute rape show. It really doesn't seem as bad as it looks.

Re: CAR/NJD
I think it's easier to understand trades like this when it involves a gems favorite player. I've traded for datsyuk like 15 times. Don't think I've won every one of those cycles.
Re: CAR/NJD
Been watching the WJC tho feeling that I should have Klefbom back... the guy cud probably put up 250 SOG and a lotta STPTS

Re: CAR/NJD
I didn't really like the last deal for Paul with involving Dalpe...don't really like this one either. Of course, I'm not one to rip any deal given my history. It just appears to me as if you would've been better off not doing the original deal. I see value being lost in both deals...good work by Scott as always.

You traded Dalpe alongside Armia Klefbom and stuff in the previous deal for Frolik and Boychuk.. so you already had him.

It's adorable that Mik is criticizing a trade when his valuation of his own players is so outrageous, he still hasn't figured out why no one bothers to trade with him.
Re: CAR/NJD
I barely reported the sum of those 2 deals.. unlike speaking out of the ass like you usually do.Chris wroteCOLONIt's adorable that Mik is criticizing a trade when his valuation of his own players is so outrageous, he still hasn't figured out why no one bothers to trade with him.
To each his own i guess
