He was filling in on second line for Marchand. The third line of Pouliot, Kelly and Peverley is a pretty damn constant line. Pouliot has really surprised a lot of people. He is playing like a boy of his size should and he has the hands too. Good deal for both parties. I think Gagner needs a change of scenery to get more value out of him.

Agree, Scott got a sleeper in Pouliot (been playing good lately) but it was the right time for me to trade him, and he was in the right place at the right time...That being said Gagner has come alive as of late too...Meh I love this trade for both of us

As Anton once told me.. it's never a bad idea o grab a Bruin for +/- alone.. and I agree with him. I was a medicore +/- team so it filled that need.. and Pouliot chips in with some points and hits a bit too. Still, Gagner has all the talent in the world.. and I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see him dealt soon and he reaches that potential.
