taylor hall:

gets his head stepped on and with his face still looking like a giant zipper takes a knee and stares down henrik winding up a slap shot from 8 feet away. doesn't even flinch.

The cigarette comment was hilarious, I just got back from watching the event at UTM. Pretty disapointing card overall, but it sets up some interesting future matchups. The heavily anticipated rematch between Sonnen and Silva, and the long awaited championship bout between Jones and Evans.

erik cole's wrist shot from a few games ago. i had to pause the game and get up and walk around to try and process what i had seen. most satisfying sound ever.

Toews, already out with a suspected concussion, is unhurt in a one-car collision with a pole.

I wonder what he was doing the seconds before he hit the pole.

for some reason i take some kind of sick joy out of watching the leafs completely embarrass themselves for the 1000th time.

ive been smiling this whole game. when schenn turned that puck over that lead to the second goal i actually laughed heartily.

what's sad is that it wasn't just Luke giving an easy turnover in his own zone, all 3 forwards wanted to be the 2nd pass and not the first, and Reimer let in a pretty soft goal... we weren't even close to good.

I was talking to my buddy tonight, and given the market I am not opposed to selling.

I'm getting there myself, I don't get enjoyment though, I just stop caring.

Boys lots of hockey left. We need to identify who is helping us win, and move the others.

Lombardi
Connolly
Armstrong

Not helping.

Komiserk
Schenn

Barely playing.

Kulemin
McArthur
JmL

Not performing.

Grabo needs a contract or time to trade; effort is not there now that the organizations commitment to him is questionable.

Steckle & brown are not the problem, doing what we need and expect them to.

Bozie, Gardiner & gunner are exceeding any expectations.

Dion is up and down, but still plays and has the effort required of a leader

Phil is a streaky goal scorer, and he continues to prove it
Lupul has smashed expectations, still looks good; but also looks injured.

Frattin IMO looked good, needs to settle down and find his groove again.

Franson was good tonight. Fine #4 I guess, still hate him in our own zone.

im over it. im on the sell-wagon. this group cannot get it done and spending a bunch of assets on 1 player (nash, brown, whoever) is not going to change anything. we'll be closer to a lottery pick than the playoffs imo.

anaheim has caught fire and i think miller will carry the sabres past us. our pick should be in the 8-10 range.
