Has there been any talk of Savard not being done? I like it for Mr. Flame.

I like it for Scott because I am no latendresse fan, doesn't help he has only played like 30 games or so max in the last 2 years. Beach is falling down the depth chart in Chicago too IMO.

It's not terrible, but hell, for all the talk I heard about how boss Hansen is, I figured he'd pull a better return then this.

Since '06 Lats has played: 80 games, 73 games, 56 games, 78 games, and then 11 games.... while it isn't exactly a sterling record I wouldn't say its a huge issue, and he is still young. Beach is falling down the depth chart but at the very least he's shown he's an effective AHL player. Worst case scenario he becomes a grinder/enforcer type with the Blackhawks, he is still only 22. Gives me relief of Savard's contract as well.

Yah 11 games last year and 16 so far this year. Tad concerning for me.

Anyways, it's not like you got man handled or anything like that, I'm just not a fan of the return that much. All that matters really is that you are satisfied ;).

I have to side with Josh on this one. I owned Hansen last year, hes a nice piece that hits some solid periphs. But people forget his offensive output this year is due to playing with the Twins for a few weeks, he exploded...but who wouldnt. But now that Booth and Raymond are back he drops down the depth chart again. A good sell high move IMO by Josh.

Then whether he plays top 6 minutes or not, he's proven himself to be able to keep it up when given the chance to play those minutes, so I think his value is still up there imo.
