No one else even bothered to put a name forward, said cap doesn't work, had zero interest in players involved, etc; I asked Chris, "Nash + Connolly for Berglund + lesser winger?". He asked for time to check # and replied.

Makes sense. I'm not surprised nobody wanted Nash or Connolly. I wouldn't have wanted them.

every competing GM said roughly the same, couple of the non-playoff teams passed on very similar deals to this one, i moved about 2 hours too soon but that happens. trade deadline makes people do stupid things!
