Now i see an article in a Finnish paper saying tuukka is upset and doesnt want to be a backup the rest of his career. The glory days look to be coming to an end in Beantown. Team first mentality seems to all but be impossible after one cup is in the bags.

IMO, Rask has a point.

He showed that he could be a top 10 starter in this league two years ago. He's been patient. Other goalies would have requested a trade or said something already. Thomas is 38 next month. He's amazing, no doubt. But he's 38.

It's not a big deal, if the Bruins are forced to make a decision they will pick Tuuka, and rather easily. He is the future, Thomas is on his last legs.

Nah, Tim Thomas will retire a Bruin. I cannot see them moving him at all.. the Bruins have enough assets to let Thomas retire in Bean-town. I'd be shocked if they traded him.

I dont know man. In a way i hope you are right but if Tuukka starts kickin up a storm they will be pressed. I know Thomas wants to retire a Bruin because he has always said he respects the opportunity he was given. Hope everything is all merry and works out in the end.

I think the only way Tim Thomas plays for another NHL team is if he so chooses to. I could never see Boston's management moving Thomas. Chia and co are a very respectful and as professional as they come group!
