seems like a hefty hit to me, having watched him lots on the flames I struggle to see him as a true top 6, let alone top 6.

Well i think he's one of the better centre available on July 1st
and guys like Stajan and cullen getting 3.5mil/yr really helps...

but the signing out of the desert is the most beneficial to me

I guess my issue is that I do not see Cullen or Lombardi as true top 6 guys, they toss up good #'s when in a 3rd line roll, & it would appear both have had successful stints as a 2nd line Centre, however both have also flopped big in a top 6 role.
