Noticed I would be a playoff team in the west if we had the W-L-T system. Proud of my "team"...(dubnyk/Kane).

I support our current points system anyways.

with 1 week to go:

no changes in the East
New Jersey hanging onto final wildcard spot - TB 3 points back, Rangers 12

in the West:
Minnesota overtakes Nashville for 2nd in the Central Division by 2 points

The west is pretty weak outside 4 or 5 teams.

Not a shot at your team btw, you have lots of nice pieces.

No no, my team does in fact suck. The absolute only reason I have been winning is due to dubnyk having a 1.5 gaa and 940 sv % over the past 25 games. Trust me, I'm under no allusions of grandeur. The central division isn't so weak, but the pacific only has 1 or 2 good teams.

I'm trying remember...wasn't Shep Hartford and Billy was St. Louis? Then, Shep became St. Louis and then Billy rebranded Hartford into Ottawa so we had all 30 proper teams.

Both guys have since moved on but whomever ran Buffalo and Vancouver at the time swapped identities.

Does anyone have the succession of the GMs for each franchise? I think I'm the only other guy who has ran Detroit besides the first guy...don't know if you guys ever told me his name.

I'm surprised how many GMs switched teams back then. I have a sense of ownership with my team after only 2 seasons and wouldn't switch for anyone other than maybe Toronto since they are my team and then I would also get to win BBKL every year.

Nick and I swapped Tampa / Philadelphia names only.

Wish I had of kept TBay.
