Buds Board Keepers League

In relation to another 12 team yahoo league i won last year, I got some tough decision on my 3 keepers. Remember for every player you keep, you need to surrender 3 rounds higher than where they were drafted. The only player i know i will be keeping for sure is Demarco Murray for a 14th rd pick. Who else should i keep? Losing Denario and Gronk sucks. Was gonna keep those two. I draft 12th and 13th since i am reigning winner...

How does it work if you wanted to keep Brees and Julio? Lose 1st 2 picks (since you can't lose 2 1st rounders) ?

Cant keep anything higher than third rounder.

Is Julio worth a late first? Because it is snake style, would keeping Julio then getting best available QB be smart move? Then i miss out on some major RB's....Tough position.

Um, is the draft date and time carved in stone Josh? I am away on a boys golf weekend extravaganza Fri and Sat. I may possibly be able to do the draft but 6 guys in hotel room with lots of "extra curricular" activities will prob prevent that. If it was snake id take the autodraft but not in auction. Am i in the correct thread for this discussion?

Yeah for sure. Its not set in stone, but I'd think that this coming weekend is the best date for the draft. The best thing to do would be to set your player values manually prior to the draft, and set the guys you really want very high to ensure you get them. If I see more guys having trouble making the draft I will look into alternative dates, I doubt we will find a day that every guy can make though unfortunately.

ill post my schedule for the upcoming 2 work weeks when i get home from work tonight (next weeks schedule is posted today so i wont see it until I get to work)

Missing auction drafts are horrible. I have yet to see somebody succeed after getting autodrafted in an auction league, in any fantasy sport.

This weekend would work if its Saturday since im woking till 430pm. I'm working sunday evening untill 10pm.

Wednesday I'm working till 10:30. Thursday I'm off. Friday till 11:30pm.

Next week I'm off wedneaday and thursday. Wednesday is my birthday though and I'm likely out all night. Thought I wrote the rest of my houts down fot next week but I apparently didn't.

Well friday at 8 doesn't work. I work evenings during the week like I had mentioned.. So if that's the day gents count me out cause I'm not gonna autodraft a team. No fun in that.


I could do it saturday at that time or this thursday at that time as I have the day off...


But yah friday don't work. Was reaaallllllllly looking forward to this too. Meh, oh well.

Well im with the other kyle. If its this thurs, im in. Friday or sat count me out. At least that keeps it even.

Thursday is also very good with me.

How many people cannot do this Friday? With 16 teams at relatively short notice, not everybody will make it.

I can't . Like i said before too I wont autodraft a team so if that ruins it for you guys I apologize.

If it comes down to it and im like the only guy who cant make the draft ill just auto draft my team instead of not participating so as not to have the league go down in flames (cant do it with an odd number of teams right?). Would hate to do that to you guys....


really hope we get a date I can make though. Cause I can't promise ill pay much attention if any to an auto drafted team :/. Especially when I'm gonna have a pretty good size money league going at the same time.
