Bruyns wroteCOLONIt will be pretty good, I don't see rebuilders parting with their premium picks and prospects to add players from contenders so there will be an uneven distribution of top players across the league. The other advantage BBKL Vegas has over NHL Vegas is there are players that are very good in this league that will be exposed that wouldn't be as valuable in the NHL.

not only that, talent in BBKL is certainly not spread out the way it is in the NHL, which makes for higher profile players/prospects to be exposed. Which suggests maybe we shouldn't mimic NHL expansion draft rules to the letter. Suppose they count an AHL season for players that played there 1 game at the end of their junior season, or stuff like that.. maybe we could use the 10 games limit instead.

Anyway, the thing to consider is NHL and BBKL are two very different leagues so it's not a given 100% of NHL rules about this will work well for BBKL too. We'll have to think about it when details of NHL rules are made official.

I still think games played should only be NHL for BBKL...
