Read a good tweet about Kunitz making team Canada... "The way people talk you'd think Sidney Crosby didn't have a 120-point season before he played with Chris Kunitz."

I don't understand the whole Crosby is hard to play with angle. He is the best player in the world and doesn't need Kunitz in a tournament of best on best. I firmly believe Kunitz does not make Crosby a better player and he could put up even better numbers with more elite line mates. I also don't understand why the chemistry argument only applies to those two when every player making team Canada has line mates on an NHL team and they should be picking the best available players.

Just my $.02 and realize others hold different opinions.

More stats that show how overrated the Kunitz-Crosby "chemistry" is.

From 2011-13, PIT scored 1.86 goals per 20 minutes with Kunitz and Crosby on together. Kunitz w/o Crosby, 1.087. Crosby w/o Kunitz, 1.85.

In other words, Crosby has virtually no drop off when not playing with Kunitz, probably because he is a dominant player and Kunitz is not and has no business being included on team Canada.
