If you were offering both on top of the 3rd pick that might be a bit more reasonable. Neither are likely to be top 50 picks, so lets not pretend like you are doing him a favor by adding a late 2nd round pick.

1st of all, highly doubtful based on your status as still being a bottom 5 team. 2nd of all, that isn't even what we are discussing. We are discussing how good is Hanifin in relation to other young defenders you are asking for. All we have right now is my opinion vs yours.

I'm not sure what this "some" is supposed to be, but if your only interpretation of a player is what you find on Hockey DB, well.. good luck with that.

Like.. are we comparing their draft season stats? Because Lindholm had 4 points in a Tier III Swedish junior league and Hanifin had 23 points playing against grown ass men.
