I'm curious to get your guys opinion on Edmonton, and what, if anything you think they can do to salvage the team. I'd personally demote Nurse and Draisatl ASAP to get them away from this mess, and look into multiple forward for defense trades. I often despise trading youth for veterans unless you are on the cusp of breaking out, but if the Oilers don't bring in more veterans that can actually play they risk shattering the confidence of the players they hope to develop.

you're not supposed to throw something onto the playing surface of any sporting event regardless of whether you paid for it or not.

I didn't mention you or your trade in the least. There was nothing implied.

I wrote concerning the EXTREME hype around Gaudreau before the season. He has now began this season with 1 shot in his first 5 games. He then became a healthy scratch. I just feel this has deflated the hype around Gaudreau. I had heard people calling him a synch for the calder.

I still think he will be a good player. I just don't think he is the second coming of christ.
