I agree. Easy win for Winnipeg. Everybody knows they've had problems with Kane. I totally get taking a chance on him but you don't give up this much value to do that.

Both bogo and Kane are major injury hazards. Kane is a major cancer in the room and out of the room who needed to go to a team where he was not the best player and had vets to put him in his place. Buffalo retains half of Staffords salary and he is pretty much a rental for Win this year to help that playoff run. Myers has been playing great and needed a change of scenery. Throw in a 1st round pick and a top prospect in Armia.

I still like it for Buffalo, Kane and Bogo aren't easy to acquire pieces, and both bring it on the ice.

maybe it's me, but I would take Myers over Bogosian.
Then you have Kane Vs Stafford AND the rest
keeping in mind the Jets were dealing from a disadvantaged position (everyone knew they basically had to move Kane at this point) I think they did great, even if admittedly I have yet to see Armia and Lemieux play this season.
Seems to me Buffalo took quite the gamble here.

A late first a decent middle 6 prospect and a year of Stafford is nothing to pay for kane.... bogo and myers is a wash

I don't think Bogo/Myers is a wash, Bogo's only downside has been injuries, he's a modern NHL dman with his speed and hard to play against style. Myers has improved from last season, but is hardly a reliable defender. I guess we'll see if he can really calm his game down in WPG.
Kane for the rest still seems like a top line winger for a bunch of meh.

BoGo top 4 guys imo but depends on Kane still young it comes down to him but Winny does their research on prospects so it's like any other trade we won't know till down the road

the fact he seems a careless idiot probably has something to do with it?
and Bogo has yet to convince me he is not overrated
