Freidman just said the leafs will sign him, they've been talking to him/his agent for a day or 2 now.

Despite me trying to sell a couple of you on this kid recently, I do have really high hopes for him at this point, he's a real success story in the works. And one of the starting pioneers of something growing in Latvia here.

Yea I'm really interested in what direction the Leafs are going this year whether it be F or D. What do you guys think the liklihoods of tehe tops guys going to the Leafs?
In Vancouver I think we're pretty likely to take one of the top q defenseman available
