exactly,
I have no issues with Connolly not in the top 5, means less bonus and he gets to actually play with talent
OEL - Gormley will be a pimp top pairing someday

Was I right to trade 1st 2012 + Patrice Cormier + earlier pick for Galiev?
I believe it was the right decision.

Frank on his #29:
Talent Analysis
A talented puck handler, Galiev has a knack for finding the open man to set up a scoring opportunity. Elusive along the boards, the 18-year-old is hard to knock off the puck, thanks in part to his wide stance, although he would benefit from getting stronger. Already familiar with the demands of the North American game, Galiev has shown willingness for both the physical side of the game as well as helping out in his own zone, but he still needs to improve in both facets.
me explaining Johnny Mc
Well, perhaps a little early... but I cannot get past over-jugding the last 8 months.... until then this kid was top 10... still in the top 4 fastest prospects... top 10 shot... just missing something lately...maybe some time out of the spotlight is exactly what he needs. I see a Morrow/Liach type player every time I watch him.

I've read the Laic comparison from a ton of scouts, and I personally don't see it, Laich and Morrow are lesser skilled players who excel because of their willingness to play in the dirty areas, lead, and work harder than the opposition. To date, all of the afformentioned qualities have been a knock on McFarland's game, he is a big man with high level skill, strong skating, and questionable IQ. I'm not sure there is an accurate comparable for him.

well... his game for Canada doesn't lack leadership or work ethic; I think there is where those comparison came from.
TBH i don't really see morrow, but I do see the Liach, @ least in his national play.
John's OHL play this year looked lost... but its not like he's scared to get hit or isn't physical.

Pulkkinen falls out of the 2nd, I pick him at 28.
WOOOOOTTTT.
Although I think he's solid, sucks he's falling this far in the real NHL draft.

Love the pick too.
Disappointed Pulkkinen is falling HARD and I just took him 28th
I see the skill, and I take the injury risk with that extremely high reward in a fantasy league where the bust factor is a lot less risky than IRL.
