you could easily knock him out, and to be honest, i dont see any upsets in the west, strictly because teams are so even...if 7 beats 2 it's because they are even matched...same goes for 1 and 8, as well as 3 and 6.

First tie-breaker is Wins (NHL standard); in which I had 3 more. 2nd tie-breaker is h2h and we didnt play.

But it was not announced, hence the current uncertainty.

To my knowledge the first tie breaker has always been overall # of wins...even back when the NHL had ties. I fail to see any confusion.

That's part of the reasons that led to the change for this season, which however was never announced.

That's from chuck, he asked me to post it, he isn't near a computer, and to be honest, i have no idea what he's talking about, i havent been following this tie-breaker stuff.

Theres not going to be any rule changes mid-season without proper league announcements. We have never done that and never will. There is some confusion because there was a topic in CC that brought this same subject up and nothing was ever finalized or announced.

the way the rule is currently being read, "is wins in a week" rather than " number of weeks won " - both are wins - even amongst CC was some confusion. Got voted on but no one is sure if announcement was made (as in no one made one)/where current rule is.
